What does my rental include?

all studio rentals include wifi, furniture, kitchenette w/ fridge + coffee, bathroom, 9ft seamless backdrops, exposed brick wall and lounge photo area. Studio renters are welcome to help themselves to coffee, tea and water. You bring outside food/snacks for your clients with permission from the studio.

do you provide studio equipment?

We do have three 9ft seamless backdrops mounted on wall ready for uses. The three colors are white, black and gray. If you are wanting to use one of our many color backdrops, you will need to bring your own backdrop stand. Our walls in studio are white so you will be able to use natural light at all times of day in studio. If you do use lighting equipment, please feel free to bring your own.

Does my time include set up and tear down?

Every rentals must include set, up, tear down and cleaning.

can i bring pets?

Pets are permitted to clients being photographed only. There is a $25 pet fee- this is not paid by hour but instead for the length of all of your booking(s) in one day. You are responsible for clean up and any damages that could occur with having pets included. Overall, the pet fee ensures everyone is taken care of and things are cleaned and de-sanitized much more than our standard after your booking is over. 

How do you handle cancelations?

Guest may cancel their booking within 24 hours and will receive a full refund. Booking cancellations less than 24 hours before booking is non refundable.

Can I have music during booking?

Yes, we have a bluetooth speaker you can connect your phone to. We do ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Can I use glitter, confetti, flour or chalk during booking?

Only if you want to pay the $50 cleaning fee. 😉
